Crawford…

Sgt. Crawford was a genius at computer programming and data system entry. She was also an accomplished computer engineer who could repair any circuitry without hesitation. She was also quiet, too quiet. Much like Harrison, Sgt. Crawford had no family, and after hours, she would sit in her room reading or meditating. She didn’t drink as her counterparts did and hated the smell of smoke.

Crawford’s history was unknown even to the Core. Her schooling was standard, but she obtained above-average grades. Crawford’s parents were in clean favor of the government and were loyal citizens of the US-Western Lands. The more Harrison viewed her, the more he became prevalent to himself. In wisdom, he felt like he knew her from the past, somewhere. His mind raced, but such thoughts were compartmentalized, waiting for the precise moment to resurface. Maybe, it was the makings of a secret past of sorts. This somewhat unnerved him but intrigued him more. Harrison had broken his unwritten personal rule. He was deeply attracted to her.
