Human-Shaped “Pool” Lies in a Field, Reflecting the Ever-Changing Sky By Kelly Richman-Abdou on June 7, 2017
Good evening and welcome to another Friday Night Poetry Corner–the first of October! Today I am featuring one of the most unusual poems showcased on the corner in a long time. This poet name David Kappele, is s wonderful writer and I feel you will enjoy his work as well. Also, when you get a chance, please visit his page and read more of his writings.
I was feeling very upset
Because I was a spammer
And all my emails were ignored
Because my targets had bad grammar.
My mother tried to comfort me…
She sat me in a chair
And patted my back and told me
“Itll bee all right. Their they’re.”
Open Your Mind
My journey didn’t stop with mere time travel or writing; it led me to become one of the most sought-after empaths, a soulful psychic who reads the hidden depths of the human spirit. I’ve been blessed—or perhaps burdened—with an ability that allows me to feel the emotions of people from every corner of time.
