I was absolutely shocked when I woke up this morning and read that Elijah Cummings had passed away. I knew he had some health issues but never would’ve thought they were this serious. Still, he started something that hopefully Pelosi and Schiff and all the others will finish. What a loss for our nation at a time when he’s needed the most. But he has shown us the way…we need to follow his example.
